We are able to access the most prestigious early stage deals due to the quality of our LP base and the most hard-to-access late stage deals due to our vast US VC network.

Founders Capital mainly make money on successful exits, so we are incentivised to bring the best deals to the community. We charge a flat 20% carry fee upon exit (a fee on the profit).

Founders Capital invests in predominantly B2B Tech companies in Europe & the US. We look for opportunities with amazing founders that meet our investment criteria and have the potential for exceptional growth and impact.

We source deals through our network of industry experts, founders, and investors. We also receive referrals from our existing portfolio companies and partner organisations.

Early stage: We currently see 250+ opportunities per month, we will typically undertake more in-depth due diligence into around 5% of these opportunities and typically run at least 1 deal per month through our community.

Late stage: We have a an extensive network amongst some of the largest global late-stage funds. This network has enabled us to invest in some of the most high profile companies in the world, including: SpaceX, Perplexity and Anduril.

We are never the biggest investor on the cap table and we do not profess to offer an overwhelming list of services to our portfolio founders.

Founders Capital is a group of seasoned operators and Founders. When we invest, we let our investee founders know we’re always here if they need to chat about anything. We position ourselves as the investors that have “seen it all before” and are on hand if needed, but never overbearing!

As we group together a number of highly talented individuals, it’s up to the underlying investors if they wish provide operational support to the companies they invest in.

We share new investment opportunities with our members on a regular basis. The frequency of new opportunities will depend on the number of high-quality deals in our pipeline.

We typically to launch a minimum of 1 early stage and 1 late stage deal per month.

Yes. We can handle investments from investors globally into companies anywhere. We do suggest that you seek your own tax advice however. Whilst we use a tax transparent investment structure the tax implications on your investments would be led by the legislation you are domiciled in.
